The body is like a flame, it’s not a thing. Looking at a flame, you think of it as a thing as it has a shape & it’s flickering. If you look very closely, you’ll see it is not a thing.

It’s actually streaming gasses, it’s not a thing at all. It’s a process, it is a happening. It’s not somethin...

I'm saddened to see that someone is trying to sabotage the clinic with negative reviews that are found to be made up names. I have a very persistent stage 4 tumor that has spread and have been going to Oasis off and on for over 3 yrs. Time and time again I have seen the tumor respond and heal areas that were affected. I believe that I would not be here if it weren't for this clinic. The drs., nurses, and overall staff have always been warm, caring, compassionate, and like family. They are highly trained and knowledgeable. The products and treatments are high quality. I feel confident in my care there. I have a quality of life and am overall healthy thanks to them. Thank you staff!

An Oasis of Healing and Dr. Lodi helped my mother heal from colon cancer. When we arrived at their center in Mesa, AZ, my mother was overweight, on blood pressure medication. She had fluid in her ankles and was on pills for that and had arthritis in her hips and was taking Advil constantly. Then came the colon cancer diagnosis. The moment we walked in to Oasis, we all felt a part of a warm caring family. Everything was explained in detail on what each week would consist of for my mother. The amazing thing I personally witnessed was watching my mother get better with each passing day. Every week there, I saw a noticeable improvement in my Mom's condition of health. At the end of 8 weeks at An Oasis of Healing my mother had lost close to 50 pounds. She no longer had high blood pressure and was off her medication. She no longer had fluid in her ankles and the arthritis in her hips vanished. After a Petscan, it showed the tumor was no longer there and my Mom went home healed from colo...

I was shocked to see the above review. I have been a patient for over a year now and am baffled at what was written. The staff has bent over backwards to help me in any way they can. In fact when in their care all the staff and patients feel more like family than staff. They are the very reason I am here to write this review! Dr lodi's knowledge has allowed me to reverse my cancer while feeling wonderful. I am out living expectations and attribute this to the amazing care I receive at An Oasis of healing.

Alternative Cancer Treatments

Our alternative cancer treatment center focuses on integrative therapies with have been helping people for well over a decade restore their health.

Over the years, advances in medical technology have allowed patients to fight back against the enemy that is cancer. Still, across the globe, cancer continues to devastate lives and families. While many emerge triumphant against this battle, many more are still fighting for a second lease in life.

In Arizona, one treatment center is leading the way in an alternative approach to fighting this dreaded disease.   An Oasis of Healing is a holistic cancer treatment center which utilizes an integrative cancer therapy approach to help patients regain their health.

All treatments and therapies given and administered at our healing center operate within the biological laws of nature.   Doctors and medical professionals at An Oasis of Healing use both adjunct and alternative cancer treatments, as well as state-of-the-art medical therapies with proven healing traditions, to create a comprehensive cancer care program tailor-fit for each patient.

History

An Oasis of Healing started in February 2006 at Mesa, Arizona. It was founded by Dr. Thomas Lodi, an expert and certified professional in integrative oncology.

Dr. Lodi practiced as a clinical psychologist, during which he was director of psychological services for a patient facility in Hawaii. He graduated from the University of Hawaii’s School of Medicine in 1985, and served as a visiting Clinical Fellow at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City.

Here, he also underwent training in Internal Medicine.   Dr. Lodi has extensive experience working in conventional medical settings as an internal medicine specialist, urgent care physician, and as an intensivist in ICU and CCU departments of various hospitals.

He undertook research to find more effective and less toxic cancer therapies by training around the world, from Europe and Japan to Mexico and all around the U.S.   To remain updated in all areas of oncology, Dr. Lodi maintains membership in both conventional and alternative medical professional associations.

He is a licensed as a Homeopathic Medical Doctor MD(H) in the state of Arizona and is licensed as an Allopathic Medical Doctor (MD) in the state of New York.   Dr. Lodi has completed a Fellowship in Integrative Cancer Therapies and a Fellowship in Anti-Aging, Regenerative & Functional Medicine. He sits on the Scientific Advisory Board for Immunogenic Research Foundation (IMREF), the Medical Advisory Board for Elka Best Foundation, and is an active-allied member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO).

Dr. Lodi is also an instructor in Insulin Potentiation Therapy and certified in oxidative and chelation therapies. Aside from Dr. Lodi, An Oasis of Healing employs a highly competent care team of medical specialists and professionals to ensure top-quality medical care for all patients.

Philosophy Behind The Approach

Good health is a birth right. It is the natural state of our bodies. In fact, health is not the absence of anything. On the contrary, it is the presence of something—specifically of an ability to regenerate, rejuvenate and procreate.

Health is when a person lives in agreement with biological laws that enable the body to be in an optimal functioning state.   Thus, the goal at An Oasis of Healing is to take back that right to health by empowering the body to fight back, not just through treatment, but also by changing the body’s biochemistry to a state that will no longer allow cancer to flourish.

As part of this integrative cancer therapy approach, An Oasis of Healing puts emphasis on educating patients to help them better understand how their body functions and how they can begin the process of overcoming the disease.   Here, the focus is on addressing the root cause of the disease aka to ‘stop making cancer.’

It is vital for patients to engage actively in the program because treatment is not a passive process. To recover their vitality and vigor, patients must be committed to a holistic lifestyle change.   This approach can be summed up in what is known as integrative oncology.

Integrative oncology, also sometimes known as integrative medicine, is the combination of integrative or complementary and alternative therapies with only the conventional cancer treatments and medicine that have been proven effective. Conventional treatments are those that are widely used and backed by clinical research trials.

These “standard of care” therapies include chemotherapy, surgery and radiation therapy. Complementary therapies are not standard but can be extremely helpful for cancer patients.

The goal of integrative oncology is to provide holistic treatment and strengthen, not just the body, but also the mind and spirit.   Complementary therapies are used alongside some forms of conventional medical treatment.

Alternative medicine refers to therapies used in lieu of conventional medicine. For example, patients can opt to get high dose intravenous vitamin c instead of standard chemotherapy cancer therapy.

Holistic Cancer Treatments

At An Oasis of Healing, alternative cancer treatment includes intravenous (IV) therapies, which are used for better absorption and higher levels of plasma for many micro-nutrients.

Compared to oral intake of pills, which may be affected by a patient’s gut limitations, IV therapy helps ensure that therapeutic levels of key micro-nutrients are absorbed effectively. While vitamins and minerals are beneficial, they are useless if not properly absorbed by the body.

This can result in intestinal malabsorption.   IV therapy also helps these key micro-nutrients establish greater plasma levels which are necessary to create better influence on the metabolic process at a cellular level.

This, in turn, leads to optimal cellular functioning.   IV therapies are part of An Oasis of Healing’s comprehensive cancer care program. The following therapies are administered intravenously:

 ·         Alpha Lipoic Acid
 ·         Artesunate
 ·         B17
 ·         Chelation
 ·         Curcumin
 ·         DCA
 ·         DMSO
 ·         Glutathione
 ·         High Dose Vitamin C Therapy
 ·         Hydrogen Peroxide
 ·         IPT Insulin Potentiation Therapy
 ·         Major Autohemotherapy
 ·         Phosphatidylcholine
 ·         Poly MVA
 ·         Salicinium
·          Sodium Selenite
 ·         Ultraviolet Blood Irradiation

An Oasis of Healing also provides adjunct, or complementary, therapies

The goal is to achieve a greater harmony or homeostasis through these healing protocols. An Oasis of Healing has a healing center particularly assigned for these therapies.

The medical staff is also formally trained in these modalities. Each patient gets an individual care plan based on their unique needs and health situation.
 ·         Acupuncture
 ·         Bemer
 ·         Coffee Enemas
 ·         Colon Hydrotherapy
·          EWOT
 ·         Lymphatic Drainage Therapy
 ·         Myofascial Release
·          PEMF
 ·         Infrared Sauna

Comprehensive Cancer Care Program

Each patient receives a customized program designed to help them heal and to change their body’s biochemistry to keep the cancer from coming back. The program consists of scientifically validated therapies founded on respect for nature.

This is encapsulated in the Oasis School of Life— a program with a precise curriculum aimed at changing a patient’s knowledge base, empowering them with the skills to live a life of health, and giving them the opportunity to experience health.   Therapies under the comprehensive cancer care program are designed to target the cancer, and to strengthen and enhance the immune system.

The program also incorporates healing modalities, focused on nutrition and overall wellness, to encourage production of healthy new cells.
